Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 September 2026 Version 1

This Privacy Policy explains how Human Leadership ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you take the Window of Equilibrium Index (WEI) assessment, purchase a Leadership Drift report, or otherwise interact with humanleadership.ai.

Section A: Data Use & Consent for Research

How We Use Your Assessment Data

When you complete the free Window of Equilibrium Index (WEI) assessment, your responses are stored and may be used in the following ways:

  1. 1. Personal results. Your individual responses are used to generate your own assessment results and, if you choose, your full paid report.
  2. 2. Aggregate and industry research. With your consent, your responses may be combined with those of other assessment takers to produce anonymised, aggregate insights. These may include industry benchmark data, sector-level trend reports, published research, or content shared publicly (for example, "62% of senior leaders in this sample showed elevated Control & Trust drift under pressure").
  3. 3. No individual identification. When your data is used for aggregate or industry-level reporting, it is anonymised and de-identified before use. Your name, email address, company, and any other personally identifying information are never included in, or derivable from, any published aggregate report.
  4. 4. What we do not do. We do not sell your individual assessment data to third parties. We do not share your individually identifiable responses with your employer or any other party without your separate, explicit consent.

Your Choices

  • Providing consent for aggregate research use is optional and does not affect your ability to receive your personal assessment results.
  • You may withdraw consent for future use of your data at any time by writing to Marut.bhardwaj@humanleadership.ai. Withdrawal will not affect any aggregate report already published, since published aggregate data cannot be individually traced back to you.
  • You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by writing to Marut.bhardwaj@humanleadership.ai.

Data Retention

Individual assessment responses are retained for 24 months from the date of completion, to allow us to generate your report and, where consented, aggregate research. If you are engaged in an active coaching or ARC programme relationship that references your assessment, we retain the underlying data for the duration of that engagement plus 24 months thereafter. After the applicable retention period, individually identifiable data is either deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised aggregate data derived from your responses may be retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you.

Section B: Nature of the Diagnostic Report

What This Report Is

The Leadership Drift report, generated through the Window of Equilibrium Index (WEI), is a self-reported diagnostic reflection tool. It draws on the Leadership Equilibrium framework to help you recognise patterns in how you tend to respond under stress (Sway) and how you tend to return to balance afterward (Recovery Capacity).

The report is intended to support:

  • Self-awareness and reflection
  • Conversations with a coach, mentor, or peer
  • Identification of areas worth deeper exploration through the ARC programme or other development work

What This Report Is Not

  • It is not a clinical, psychological, or medical assessment. It does not diagnose any mental health condition, personality disorder, or medical condition of any kind.
  • It is not predictive. It reflects patterns based on your responses at a single point in time and under the framing you brought to the questions that day. It does not guarantee or predict how you will behave in future situations.
  • It is not a fixed or absolute measure. Leadership behaviour under stress is contextual and can shift with circumstance, environment, and personal growth. Your results describe a tendency, not a permanent trait.
  • It is not a substitute for professional support. If you are experiencing significant stress, burnout, or mental health concerns, we encourage you to consult a qualified mental health professional. This report is not designed or intended to serve that purpose.

Accuracy and Limitations

Results depend on the honesty and self-awareness of your responses. As with any self-report instrument, results can be influenced by mood, recent events, or how a respondent chooses to present themselves. Human Leadership makes no representation or warranty that the report is free of error or that it fully or accurately captures any individual's leadership behaviour.

By purchasing and accessing this report, you acknowledge that you understand its diagnostic, reflective, and non-clinical nature as described above.
